About the Role

- We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with 3 - 5 years of experience in developing scalable backend applications.

- The ideal candidate must have strong experience with Django and working knowledge of either FastAPI or Flask for building backend services and APIs.

- The role involves developing RESTful services, backend systems, and application integrations. Exposure to AI/ML technologies will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Design and develop backend applications and APIs using Python.

- Build scalable and efficient services using the Django framework.

- Develop APIs and backend services using FastAPI or Flask.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following development best practices.

Application Integration :

- Integrate backend services with databases, external APIs, and third-party systems.

- Implement business logic and application workflows.

- Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of backend services.

Code Quality & Testing :

- Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure application stability.

- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.

- Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams.

- Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and standups.

- Contribute to technical discussions and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills :

Programming & Frameworks :

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Python development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Django (Mandatory).

- Experience with either FastAPI or Flask.

- Strong understanding of REST API development.

- Good understanding of Python programming concepts and best practices.

Databases & Storage :

- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

- Knowledge of database design and query optimization.

- Familiarity with MongoDB.

- Experience working with Redis for caching or performance optimization.

- Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as Django ORM or SQLAlchemy.

Development Practices :

- Experience with Git version control.

- Familiarity with API documentation tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI.

- Understanding of software development best practices.

DevOps & Deployment :

- Basic understanding of Docker and containerization.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Telecom domain knowledge will be an added advantage.

Soft Skills :
