Job Summary :

The position is for a Product Manager role in the Healthcare domain, focusing on healthcare solutions and product innovation.

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to join our dynamic product team.

This role is responsible for driving product strategy, defining roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact SAAS solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing products across the full lifecycle and a strong understanding of EHR, EMR, HIMS, AIOps, Low-Code/No-Code platforms, SaaS models, and technology product ecosystems.

Responsibilities :

- Experienced Product Manager with a focus on Healthcare solutions, responsible for driving product innovation, improving patient-centric outcomes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact healthcare products.

- Strategic Prioritisation : Use qualitative and quantitative data to align product prioritisation with key business initiatives in the technology domain.

- Problem Solving : Identify critical platform or process challenges and lead efforts to develop and implement solutions.

- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and scope requirements, whether for internal development or third-party integrations.

- Stakeholder Engagement : Work with subject matter experts to evaluate trade-offs, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment on priorities.

- Delivery Management : Oversee end-to-end feature delivery, including requirements analysis, design, technical specifications, development, testing, documentation, training, and release.

- Collaboration and Validation : Partner with centres of excellence (design, engineering, and business) to ideate, validate, and implement solutions.

- Balance Strategy and Execution : Navigate between short-term operational needs and long-term strategic improvements in a dynamic product environment.

- Agile Practices : Attend and lead agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, grooming, and demonstrations, ensuring teams follow best practices.

- Stakeholder Communication : Maintain transparency on delivery timelines with engineering and other stakeholders.

- Performance and Quality : Drive excellence in team performance and accountability for the quality of product experiences.

- API and Integration Management : Work closely with engineering teams to design, implement, and manage integrations with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management in technology-driven environments such as AIOps, Low-Code/No-Code, or SaaS.

- Proven track record of delivering successful technology products from concept to launch.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and software development processes.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.

- Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts and customer needs into clear and actionable product plans.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience managing enterprise-grade platforms or B2B software products.

- Familiarity with data analytics, API integrations, and DevOps practices.

- Certification in Agile Product Management (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PMPO).

- Experience in customer engagement, go-to-market strategy, or product marketing
