Role Overview:

As an IN Package Consultant - SAP HANA SCM SD at Volto Consulting, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through complex SAP S/4HANA implementations, focusing on their Supply Chain Management and Sales & Distribution processes.

You will engage directly with client stakeholders, from business users to senior management, to understand their requirements, design robust solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. This role demands a blend of deep functional expertise and strategic thinking, directly impacting client operational efficiency, revenue generation, and overall business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead client workshops and requirements gathering sessions to define comprehensive business processes and functional specifications within SAP SCM and SD modules.

- Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions for Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution, and other relevant Supply Chain areas, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.

- Develop detailed functional specifications for custom developments, integrations (including with SAP CRM), and enhancements, collaborating closely with technical teams.

- Conduct thorough testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to validate solution functionality and ensure data integrity.

- Provide expert guidance and support during data migration activities, ensuring a smooth transition to new SAP environments.

- Train end-users and client core teams on new SAP SCM and SD functionalities, fostering adoption and maximizing system utilization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP FICO and technical specialists, to ensure seamless integration across all SAP modules.

- Analyze and troubleshoot complex SAP issues, providing timely and effective resolutions to maintain system stability and performance.

- Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution architecture, and thought leadership within the SAP SCM/SD domain.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP SCM (specifically Logistics Execution, Materials Management, or Production Planning) and SAP SD modules, with a strong understanding of their integration points.

- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, including greenfield and brownfield projects, showcasing an ability to leverage new functionalities.

- Solid understanding of financial integration aspects with SAP FICO, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting capabilities.

- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting within SAP environments.

- Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications and their role in enhancing user experience and process efficiency.

- Experience with SAP CRM integration scenarios and an understanding of customer relationship management processes.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating complex business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, adept at articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work effectively in a client-facing role, managing expectations and building strong professional relationships.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institution.
