Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist (ETL / SQL / Python) to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of database solutions for the Golden Source product. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable data pipelines, ensure data accuracy, and deliver high-quality production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, implement, and maintain database solutions supporting the Golden Source platform.

- Perform SQL development, optimization, and performance tuning for large-scale datasets.

- Build and manage ETL processes to ingest, transform, validate, and load data from multiple sources.

- Develop and maintain Python-based data implementation scripts for automation, transformation, and data quality checks.

- Collaborate with product, data, and implementation teams to understand business and technical requirements.

- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across systems.

- Participate in implementation and migration projects, including data onboarding and client-specific customizations.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.

- Follow best practices for code quality, documentation, version control, and deployment.

- Support testing activities, including unit testing, system testing, and UAT support.

- Continuously improve performance, scalability, and reliability of data pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in SQL coding and database development (complex queries, joins, stored procedures, views, indexing).

- Hands-on experience as a Python Database Developer / ETL Developer / SQL Developer.

- Proficiency in Python scripting for data processing, automation, and integration.

- Experience with ETL tools or custom ETL frameworks.

- Good understanding of data warehousing concepts (fact/dimension tables, schemas, data modeling).

- Experience working on implementation projects or client-facing data solutions.

- Strong knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, and data quality frameworks.

- Familiarity with version control tools (Git or similar).

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
