Reporting to the Head of Implementation, this role ensures predictable delivery, high solution quality, commercial discipline, and client confidence during the implementation phase, while preparing engagements for a clean transition into Managed Services where applicable.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Project Delivery Ownership :
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned implementation projects.
- Ensure delivery against approved scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Drive day-to-day execution across project managers, architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across engagements.
2. Client Engagement & Escalation Management :
- Act as the primary delivery escalation point for assigned clients
- Lead regular governance calls, steering committees, and status reviews
- Build strong working relationships with client sponsors, IT leads, and business stakeholders
- Ensure transparent communication on progress, risks, and remediation plans
3. Solution Quality & Go-Live Readiness :
- Ensure solution designs align with business requirements and architectural standards
- Drive quality across build, testing, UAT, and deployment phases
- Own go-live readiness reviews, cutover planning, and stabilization checkpoints
- Minimize post go-live defects, rework, and delivery leakage
4. Commercial & Scope Control :
- Own project-level financial performance for assigned implementations
- Manage scope changes, change requests, and effort variances
- Ensure timely identification and escalation of commercial or delivery risks
- Support accurate project forecasting and revenue recognition
5. Delivery Governance & Process Adherence :
- Implement and enforce implementation delivery frameworks and standards

- Identify delivery inefficiencies and propose continuous improvement actions
6. Team Leadership & Mentorship :
- Lead and mentor Project Managers and delivery team members
- Provide input on performance, utilization, and capability gaps
- Foster a culture of ownership, execution discipline, and accountability
- Support onboarding and ramp-up of new team members
Required Experience & Qualifications :
- 6- 15 years of experience in technology implementation or consulting delivery.
- Experience in leading complex end-to-end implementation projects or programs, preferably in the Salesforce Ecosystem.
- Good understanding of SDLC.
- Hands-on experience with project financials, scope control, and delivery governance
- Direct client-facing delivery experience with senior stakeholders
- Strong program and project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and escalation handling
- Solid understanding of enterprise platforms and implementation lifecycles
- Commercial awareness and delivery discipline
- Ability to balance multiple projects in parallel
