We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Engineer to join our dynamic SaaS team. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, configuring solutions to meet business needs, integrating systems, and ensuring a smooth and successful product deployment. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.

- Configure and customize SaaS applications to meet customer needs.

- Lead client onboarding and product implementation projects from start to finish.

- Integrate the SaaS platform with third-party systems via APIs or middleware.

- Provide technical support and guidance during implementation and post-go-live phases.

- Document implementation plans, configurations, and client-specific solutions.

- Work cross-functionally with product, support, and engineering teams to ensure client success.

- Deliver training sessions and product walkthroughs to client stakeholders.

- Proactively identify potential roadblocks and provide solutions to avoid delays.

- Continuously improve implementation processes and contribute to knowledge base.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 25 years of experience in software implementation, technical support, or related roles in a SaaS environment.

- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, and cloud technologies.

- Hands-on experience with SQL, scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.), and data mapping.

- Knowledge of integration tools and protocols (REST, JSON, XML, etc.).

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
