We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Chief of Staff Product & Tech to work closely with our Co founder - Vikas Kaul, in driving key initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring the successful execution of business priorities.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning & Execution :

- Act as a key advisor and strategic partner to the SVP of Product & Tech, ensuring alignment with company goals.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams to execute high-impact initiatives.

- Translate high-level objectives into detailed project plans, ensuring timely execution.

Operational Excellence :

- Streamline internal processes and workflows to improve efficiency within the product & tech organization.

- Track and report key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in product development and technology operations.

- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance team productivity.

Stakeholder Management & Communication :

- Act as a bridge between the leadership team, product managers, engineers, and external stakeholders.

- Own and manage internal and external communications related to strategic projects.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership meetings and investor updates.

Project & Program Management :

- Oversee critical projects, ensuring alignment with product and business goals.

- Set up governance structures for high-priority initiatives, tracking progress and roadblocks.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product and tech decisions.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product management, or technology leadership.

- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup, fintech, health-tech, or e-commerce environment is preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.

- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to navigate ambiguity, take ownership, and drive execution at scale.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

- MBA or an advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
