The Opportunity :

We're looking for an Impact Leader who thrives at the intersection of enterprise transformation, solution architecture, and client leadership. In this role, you'll own enterprise AI engagements from discovery through deployment and adoption. You'll work directly with Fortune 500 stakeholders, engineering teams, and Client's founders to deliver complex AI solutions that create measurable business impact. This is a highly visible, client-facing role for someone who enjoys solving complex enterprise challenges and taking full ownership of outcomes.

What You'll Do :

1. Lead Enterprise AI Programs :

- Own end-to-end delivery across discovery, solution design, implementation, go-live, and hypercare.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

- Drive measurable business outcomes, not just technical deployments.

2. Solution Architecture & AI Transformation :

- Design enterprise-grade solutions across data, integrations, systems of record, and AI platforms.

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy agentic AI solutions in production environments.

- Ensure security, governance, scalability, and operational readiness.

3. Client & Stakeholder Leadership :

- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and business leaders.

- Manage client expectations, scope, risks, and escalations.

- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams.

4. Program Governance & Delivery Excellence :

- Establish project plans, governance structures, risk registers, and success metrics.

- Drive dependency management and cross-functional execution.

- Measure and communicate project impact throughout the engagement lifecycle.

What We're Looking For :

1. Required Qualifications :

- 6-10 years of experience in enterprise solution delivery, consulting, or program leadership.

- Proven experience leading end-to-end enterprise implementations.

- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, data platforms, and solution architecture.

- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments within large organizations.

- Strong project management capabilities, including planning, governance, risk management, and executive communication.

- Comfortable working with AI, analytics, and emerging technologies.

- Exceptional communication skills with both technical and executive audiences.

2. Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Supply Chain, ERP, Order-to-Cash, Manufacturing, or Enterprise Operations.

- SAP or similar enterprise platform experience.

- Consulting background supporting Fortune 500 clients.

- Familiarity with Agentic AI, LLMs, AI orchestration frameworks, or enterprise AI deployments.
