iLink Digital - Technical Project Manager - Data Platform

Key Responsibilities :

Program Delivery & Governance :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Platform, Analytics

- Drive program planning, execution tracking, milestone governance, and risk management

- Establish governance cadence, manage RAID logs, and ensure program health

- Ensure delivery against SOW, KPIs, SLAs, timelines, budget, and quality

- Manage multi-vendor and cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Cloud, Analytics, QA, and DevOps

Technical Leadership :

- Work closely with architects and engineering teams to define solution approaches

- Strong understanding of data architectures including Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Lakehouse, Streaming, and MDM

- Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP Data Services, ETL/ELT tooling, and analytics platforms

- Ability to review technical designs, clarify requirements, and unblock teams

Stakeholder & Client Management :

- Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders

- Drive executive steering committee meetings and program reviews

- Manage client expectations, scope negotiations, and escalations

- Ensure alignment of delivery outcomes to business objectives

Commercial & Business Alignment :

- Understand contractual constructs, billing models, and financial governance

- Manage program budgets, resource planning, and cost optimization

- Support account growth through value addition, expansion opportunities, and transformation advisory

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years as TPM / Program Manager

- Proven experience delivering Data Engineering, Analytics, or Cloud Data programs

Strong hands-on understanding of :

a. Azure / AWS / GCP Data Stack

b. Data Lake, DWH, Lakehouse, ETL

c. Analytics / BI ecosystems

- Experience in Agile & Hybrid delivery models

- Strong executive communication, stakeholder influencing, and problem-solving capability

- Experience in IT Services / Consulting environment preferred
