We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and drive large-scale BI and Analytics programs. This role will manage cross-functional delivery across Data Engineering, BI, and Business teams, ensuring successful execution of analytics initiatives, on-time delivery, and high-quality outcomes. The TPM will combine strong program management skills with a solid understanding of BI, data platforms, and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end delivery of BI and Analytics programs (roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks)

- Drive program planning, execution, and governance across multiple BI workstreams

- Partner with BI Architects, Data Engineering, and Business stakeholders to align on scope and priorities

- Manage schedules, budgets, resourcing, and delivery commitments

- Track and report program status, risks, issues, and dependencies to leadership

- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution

- Drive release planning, UAT coordination, and production rollout for BI solutions

- Establish and run program governance forums (steering committees, reviews, etc.)

- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, data dependencies, and technical bottlenecks

- Ensure quality, performance, and adoption of BI solutions

- Improve delivery processes, standards, and execution maturity across BI teams

- Support change management and stakeholder communication for analytics initiatives

Required Skills (Core TPM Skills) :

Program & Delivery Management :

- Strong experience managing large, cross-functional programs

- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe delivery models

- Strong in planning, estimation, dependency management, and risk management

- Experience managing multiple vendors / teams / workstreams

- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

- Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, etc.

BI & Data Domain Knowledge :

- Good understanding of :

1. BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

2. Data warehousing, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines

3. Data modeling and analytics/reporting layers

- Ability to work closely with :

1. BI Architects

2. Data Engineers

3. BI Developers and Analysts

- Understanding of data quality, performance, security, and governance concepts

Technical & Analytical Skills :

- Ability to translate business requirements into delivery plans and technical milestones

- Comfortable discussing architecture, data flows, and reporting solutions at a high level

- Experience managing dependencies across data ingestion, modeling, and reporting layers

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex delivery environments
