Summary :

This role is responsible for owning all development and technology solutions within a specific service line. The candidate will lead the design and implementation of tech solutions aimed at addressing business challenges and delivering value. This role will report to VP DHS and will work closely with Service Delivery Leaders, Business Users, Product Management and Quality Assurance Teams.

Role & Responsibilities

- Drive Operational Efficiencies for Business with Automation of business processes leading to bend in Cost curve with reduced FTE requirement and improved efficiencies.

- An experienced engineering manager ready to partner with all stakeholders to take on responsibility for a significant portion of a blended DevOps-style team delivering the core of our product.

- Development and maintenance of Engineering processes required to deliver services across the practice function required to support existing and emerging works

- Ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives within the engineering and technical functions of the business can be met

- Technical Delivery, Governance and Assurance across the function.

- Nurture and grow individuals so that they are constantly improving. This includes providing candid, constructive criticism and performance management when needed.

- Lead technical decision making. You don't need to be the smartest person in the room, but you should be able to identify who is and lean on them.

- Balance short term scope-trimming with long-term foundational investments.

- Adapt to the culture and rhythm of various business teams, then effectively translate that to the engineering team.

- Required to understand business goals and customers' needs to build and deliver tech solutions and service offering roadmap.

- Drive positive customer satisfaction and feedback and manage solution consumption

- Leadership of software development activities throughout the product development lifecycle for entire product offering for Service line

- Transform high-level strategic product direction into tactical product direction

- Effectively propose and manage schedules as well as resources

- Coordinate and coach development teams with a focus on collaboration, automation, and testing

- Assist in architecting and designing solutions based on strong knowledge of the technologies involved

- Contribute to development, and review of product requirements documents, and functional specifications

- .Net Technology Stack: C#, ASP.Net MVC, Razor, Javascript, JQuery, MySQL/ SQL server, IIS, OOPS, Design patterns, Solid principles

- SQL Technology Stack: MySQL / SQL Server, Performance tuning

- Cloud: 3+yrs working and deploying application in any cloud environment( GCP Preferred)

Experience/Qualification Required :

- B.E/M.E/Msc/Bsc/MCA in Computer Science preferrably.

- Agile Certification Preferred.

- Project Management Certification PMP / PRINCE II desirable.

- At least 18+ years Experience with full software development lifecycle including but not limited to waterfall, Agile and Scrum development practices.

- At least 5 years experience in agile development.

- At least 5 years of hands-on application development experience using Microsoft Technologies.

- Proven expertise in application architecture & system design & development.

- Understanding of industry best practices and experience in cloud services, automation and integration would be preferred.

- US Healthcare knowledge and experience would be preferred.
