Job Description :

As an IICS Lead, you will play a key role in leading and executing PowerCenter to Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) migration projects. Youll work closely with stakeholders to understand data integration requirements, define technical strategies, lead project teams, and ensure successful delivery in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end PowerCenter to IICS/IDMC migration projects

- Design and implement scalable Cloud Data Integration (CDI) solutions using IICS

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, conduct technical workshops, and provide solution design

- Guide and mentor the team throughout the migration process, including best practices, performance tuning, and error handling

- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data across platforms, including Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI) where applicable

- Prepare documentation, migration plans, validation scripts, and conduct post-migration QA

- Serve as a technical SME and client-facing lead throughout project lifecycles

- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of integration solutions in line with business goals

Must-Have Skills :

- 8 to 10 years of overall experience in ETL and Data Integration

- Strong hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter and IICS (IDMC)

- Proven experience in PC2IICS or PowerCenter to IICS Migration projects

- Solid understanding of Cloud Data Integration (CDI) concepts and architecture

- Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in client-facing roles

- Experience in leading technical teams and working in Agile environments

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI), MDM SaaS

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Experience with data governance and metadata management tools
