Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).

The candidate should have hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, functional support, and troubleshooting, with a good understanding of leave management, time entry, time processing, and workforce policies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) modules.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

- Configure absence types, absence plans, accrual rules, eligibility profiles, and absence approval workflows.

- Implement leave policies, carryover rules, balance calculations, and absence validations.

- Configure time entry layouts, time attributes, time categories, time processing rules, and approval workflows in OTL.

- Support timecard creation, submission, approval, validation, and processing.

- Integrate Absence and OTL with Core HR, Payroll, and other Oracle HCM modules.

- Troubleshoot functional issues related to leave balances, accruals, timecards, approvals, and payroll time transfers.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user guides.

- Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

- Support data migration, reporting, and production support activities.

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

- Provide end-user training and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management and OTL.

- Expertise in absence plans, accruals, eligibility profiles, leave types, and absence processing.

- Experience configuring timecards, time entry layouts, time rules, time categories, and approval workflows.

- Understanding of time and absence integration with Oracle Payroll and Core HR.

- Experience in end-to-end implementations, configuration, and application support.

- Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, and HCM Extracts is an advantage.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support projects.

- Knowledge of global absence policies, workforce timekeeping, and payroll processes.

- Oracle Cloud HCM certification is an added advantage.
