About the job:

Summary:

- Perform requirement analysis, capture business requirements, and understand technical and functional specifications in detail.

- Act as a bridge between IT and business teams.

- Assess existing products, propose technical and functional design improvements, and conduct competitive analysis.

- Work with support team members across different teams and IT vendors.

- Finalize project scope, software development design, and workflow design with functional and technical teams.

- Integrate updated specifications into systems architecture and ensure compatibility.

- Coordinate and execute UAT with QA teams.

- Prepare relevant test cases and workflows.

- Provide periodic updates and executive reporting on project status, HLD, and LLD.

- Review development and testing deliverables to ensure completeness.

- Monitor project lifecycle and evaluate stakeholder reviews.

- Review business processes to identify operational, financial, and technological risks.

- Assist the technical team in identifying limitations, resolving issues, and enabling smooth workflows.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10+ years of experience, with 8+ years in business requirement mapping, quality analysis, and SDLC.

- Mandatory: Experience in a fast-paced, 24x365 environment.

- Mandatory: Banking domain experience with specific work in Payment Systems (NEFT, RTGS, trade messages like LC, BG, MT 15022, ISO20022).

- Mandatory: Strong skills in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.

- Mandatory: Understanding of SQL statements and basics of Java.

- Desirable: Knowledge of API, Microservices, communication protocols, and middleware technologies.

- Desirable: PMP certification.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
