IFS/FSM/ClickSoftware Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support IFS / FSM / Click Software solutions

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Work on integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems

- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions

- Manage upgrades, patches, and system enhancements

- Ensure data security, compliance, and system performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, and stakeholders

- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and SOPs

- Support testing, deployment, and user training activities

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience in IFS Applications / IFS FSM / Click Software

- Strong understanding of Field Service Management processes

- Experience in system configuration, workflows, and integrations

- Knowledge of SQL / Database concepts

- Familiarity with APIs / Web Services / Middleware integrations

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in ITSM / Support environments preferred

Good to Have Skills :

- Exposure to ERP / CRM systems

- Cloud platform knowledge (AWS / Azure)

- ITIL / Service Management understanding

- Project implementation experience
