Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IFS Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise solutions within the IFS ERP platform. In this role, you will own the full software development lifecycle - including custom application development, integrations, workflow automation, reporting, and data migration across core business functions like Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Customization:

- Design and maintain custom business functionality within the IFS ERP platform.

- Write and optimize business logic, stored procedures, packages, and database objects using PL/SQL and IFS development frameworks.

- Configure and customize IFS Aurena pages, lobbies, projections, custom fields, and client extensions.

Integrations & Data Management:

- Build and maintain integrations between IFS ERP and third-party systems using REST APIs, OData services, IFS Connect, and middleware platforms.

- Develop operational reports, management dashboards, and analytical solutions using IFS Report Designer, Page Designer, and Lobby development tools.

- Design and execute data migration scripts (extraction, transformation, validation, and loading) using PL/SQL.

Lifecycle & Support Operations:

- Participate in end-to-end SDLC phases: requirements gathering, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Monitor application performance, optimize complex queries, and resolve production incidents within agreed service levels.

- Support ERP upgrades, patch implementations, and environment migrations with minimal business disruption.

Collaboration & Documentation:

- Partner with Functional Consultants, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs.

- Maintain technical specifications, integration documentation, and development standards.

Tech Stack & Qualifications:

- IFS ERP Ecosystem: Proven experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.

- IFS Core Tools: Hands-on experience with IFS Developer Studio, Page Designer, Report Designer, Projection Designer, and Lobby Development.

- PL/SQL & Database: Advanced PL/SQL programming capabilities and Oracle database performance tuning.

- Integrations: Experience with REST APIs, OData services, and IFS Connect.

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical fields.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical experience with IFS ERP platforms.

Preferred Skills:

- Certifications: IFS Cloud Developer / Technical Consultant certification or relevant Oracle certifications.

- Frontend / Web Tech: Experience with TypeScript, Angular, or modern web frameworks for IFS Aurena client extensions.

- Middleware Integration: Exposure to middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, or Boomi.

- Module Exposure: Functional familiarity with IFS modules across Finance, Supply Chain (SCM), HR (HRM), or Project Management.
