About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced IFS Cloud Consultant / Technical Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IFS Cloud, particularly within EAM or ERP environments. The candidate should have participated in at least two end-to-end IFS Cloud implementations and should possess strong technical capabilities across configuration, development, integrations, troubleshooting, and enterprise application support. Experience in either IFS Cloud EAM or ERP is mandatory.
Experience Required :
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with IFS Cloud.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Developer / Consultant in IFS Cloud EAM or ERP environments.
- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end IFS Cloud implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of IFS Cloud configuration and technical development.
- Experience in either EAM or ERP is mandatory.
- Integration experience is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities :
1. IFS Cloud Implementation:
- Participate in end-to-end IFS Cloud implementation projects.
- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize IFS Cloud modules based on project requirements.
- Support implementation activities across development, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
2. ERP / EAM Configuration:
- Configure and support IFS Cloud functionality across relevant ERP and / or EAM processes.
- Work with business teams to understand requirements and identify appropriate IFS Cloud solutions.
- Support application enhancements and technical changes.
3. Manufacturing:
- Hands-on knowledge of IFS Cloud Manufacturing is highly desirable, including:
1. Production Shop Orders
2. Work Centers
3. Bills of Materials (BOMs)
4. Routings
5. Manufacturing Execution
6. Production workflows
- The candidate should understand how manufacturing processes are represented and executed within IFS Cloud.
4. EAM :
- Strong knowledge of core IFS Cloud EAM processes, including:
1. Preventive Maintenance (PM) Programs
2. Work Orders
3. Resources
4. Failure Codes
5. Materials
6. Maintenance processes
- Experience working with EAM functionality is particularly valuable for projects involving asset - intensive industries.
5. APIs & Integration :
- Work with Projections / REST APIs for application integration and data exchange.
- Configure and support IFS Connect.
- Develop or support integrations between IFS Cloud and external enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and data exchange failures.
- Integration experience with third - party systems is a strong advantage.
6. Security & Permissions:
- Work with IFS Cloud security and permission sets.
- Configure appropriate user access and application permissions.
- Troubleshoot authorization and access - related issues.
7. Data Migration :
- Support data migration activities associated with IFS Cloud implementations.
- Work with relevant IFS Cloud data migration tools.
- Validate migrated data and troubleshoot migration - related issues.
8. Database / PL/SQL:
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.
- Use PL/SQL for: Troubleshooting, Data analysis, Technical investigation, Reports, and Issue resolution.
9. Manufacturing Integration:
- Exposure to integration between Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and IFS Cloud is preferred.
- The candidate may work on integration scenarios involving: Production order management, Quality control, Shop - floor reporting, and Manufacturing execution data.
10. Manufacturing Performance / OEE:
- Knowledge of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and manufacturing KPIs is desirable.
- The candidate should understand how IFS Cloud Manufacturing can support: Production performance tracking, Shop - floor KPIs, Equipment utilization, Manufacturing efficiency, and Operational performance monitoring.
Mandatory Skills:
- 3+ years of IFS Cloud experience.
- 3+ years of technical development experience in IFS Cloud.
- Experience in IFS Cloud EAM or ERP.
- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end IFS Cloud implementations.
- Strong IFS Cloud technical / configuration knowledge.
- Either EAM or ERP experience - mandatory.
Good to Have:
- IFS Cloud Integration, IFS Connect, REST APIs / Projections, Oracle PL/SQL, Data migration, Manufacturing module, MES integration, OEE / Manufacturing KPIs, Security / Permission Sets.
Preferred Certifications:
- Required: IFS Certified Practitioner - Technical Consultant.
- Preferred: IFS Functional Certified Practitioner in Financials, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, and IFS Certified Practitioner - Integration Developer.
Ideal Candidate:
- The ideal candidate is an experienced IFS Cloud Technical Consultant / Developer who has been directly involved in multiple end-to-end IFS Cloud implementations and can independently handle technical development, configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
- Candidates with a strong combination of IFS Cloud + EAM/ERP + implementation + integration + PL/SQL experience will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
