Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Python Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python-based frameworks, system architecture, cloud technologies, and team leadership. This role requires working closely with clients, architects, and cross-functional teams to build high-performance applications while ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Python frameworks.

- Conduct technical design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions to maintain engineering standards.

- Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

- Identify technical risks and performance bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.

- Work closely with DevOps, QA, UI/UX, and product teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Technical Skills :

Must Have :

- Strong hands-on development experience in Python.

- Expertise in FastAPI, Django, Flask, and asynchronous programming.

- Experience designing Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

- Strong experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong understanding of software design patterns, system architecture, and performance optimization.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to React / Angular / Vue.js frontend frameworks.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of event-driven architecture, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).

- Experience building high-scale distributed systems.

- Proven experience managing 5- 10 member engineering teams for enterprise or product-based projects.
