Role Overview :

As a Software Automation Test Engineer (AI-Driven Quality Engineering), you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions that leverage AI and Machine Learning to enhance the quality and efficiency of our software development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software products. This role directly impacts the user experience and business outcomes by ensuring the robustness and performance of our applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable automated test scripts using Selenium, Python, and Java for web applications, APIs, and mobile platforms.

- Implement and integrate AI/ML models into the testing framework to improve test coverage, predict potential defects, and optimize test execution.

- Collaborate with development teams to understand software design and identify testable components.

- Execute automated test suites, analyze test results, and report defects with clear and concise documentation.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the automation framework and testing processes.

- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps for continuous testing.

- Conduct performance testing and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization.

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and automation potential.

- Mentor junior team members on automation best practices and AI-driven testing techniques.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement comprehensive automation testing strategies for complex software systems.

- Proven expertise in developing automated test scripts using Selenium with Python and Java.

- Strong understanding of API testing methodologies and tools.

- Experience in integrating AI/ML models into testing frameworks to enhance test coverage and defect prediction.

- Proficiency in using Git for version control and Jenkins/Azure DevOps for CI/CD integration.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 7-10 years of experience in Software Automation Testing.
