Job Description :

We are seeking a hands-on Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models, working on LLMs, and building RAG pipelines for production-grade applications. Excellent communication skills are required to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver impactful AI solutions.

Key Skills :

- Strong Python programming and experience with ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).

- Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Cloud Sonnet, Gemini) and RAG pipelines.

- Expertise in supervised, unsupervised, and agentic AI algorithms.

- Skilled in data wrangling, model benchmarking, and optimization.

- Experience with data labeling, vector databases, AI pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Familiarity with MLOps practices, model deployment, Docker/Kubernetes, and APIs.

- Knowledge of responsible AI, fairness, and bias mitigation.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Azure AI services and enterprise AI/ML platforms.

- Exposure to AI code assistant tools for building, developing, and deploying ML applications.
