We are hiring Senior Business Analyst role at Noida location.


Requirement Gathering and Analysis :


- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.


- Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.


- Conducting interviews, workshops, and using other methods to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.


Data Analysis & Reporting :


- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

Process Analysis & Modeling


- Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.


- Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.

Solution Evaluation


- Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with

business goals.


- Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.


- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.


Stakeholder Communication :


- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.


Project Support :


- Assisting team with project management, including defining scope, creating business cases, and supporting testing and implementation.


Education : Bachelors degree in computer science, MBA or relevant certification is a plus.

Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.


- Knowledge in Supply Chain , Invoicing , Warehouse management and Purchase to procure modules of an ERP.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.


- SQL Stored procedures , Power BI.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- (Proficiency in English language, French will be a plus).


- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


- Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.


- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
