Role Overview :

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations professional to support and maintain the organization's ERP landscape, including Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and D365 Finance & Operations. The role will primarily focus on finance-related business processes, application support, incident resolution, and integration across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide day-to-day functional support and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, primarily across finance-related modules.

- Manage incidents, service requests, and user queries, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation of solutions.

- Investigate functional and technical issues, coordinate with relevant IT teams, and implement sustainable corrective actions.

- Support business processes covering general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, payments, inventory, procurement, and financial controlling.

- Analyze end-to-end business workflows to identify process gaps and ensure accurate transaction flow across connected applications.

- Assist with ERP integrations and interfaces involving financial systems, including Kyriba and other finance-related applications.

- Maintain functional documentation, support procedures, issue logs, and knowledge repositories.

- Participate in ERP implementation and enhancement activities, including requirements clarification, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-deployment hypercare.

- Support key users through functional guidance, training, and assistance with ERP processes.

- Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams across America, Europe, and Asia to address application support needs.

- Review recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen system stability and operational efficiency.

- Contribute to knowledge sharing and lessons learned from support activities to develop robust, long-term solutions.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

- Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and D365 F&O modules within the relevant functional scope.

- Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes, including AP, AR, fixed assets, payments, inventory, procurement, and controlling.

- Experience in ERP functional support, incident management, troubleshooting, and application maintenance.

- Understanding of ERP integrations, interfaces, and cross-system business workflows.

- Exposure to UAT, ERP implementation support, user training, and hypercare activities.

- Ability to maintain technical and functional documentation and build a structured repository of queries and resolutions.

- Strong analytical skills and a business-process-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Competencies :

- Experience working with financial interfaces and treasury or payment platforms such as Kyriba.

- Ability to coordinate with globally distributed business and technology teams.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Good listening, stakeholder management, and user-support skills.

- Flexibility to travel as required for business needs.
