Role Summary :

We are looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to design and build intelligent AI systems.

The role focuses on developing LLM-powered applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and agentic AI workflows that can process large datasets and generate structured insights. The candidate should be comfortable working across model integration, backend services, and scalable AI deployment environments.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building end-to-end AI solutions-from experimentation to production deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Generative AI applications using Large Language Models.

- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Develop Agentic AI workflows with multi-step reasoning and tool orchestration.

- Integrate AI capabilities into backend services and APIs.

- Work with NLP frameworks to process and analyze large textual datasets.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into AI solutions.

- Deploy and optimize AI models for performance, latency, and scalability.

- Evaluate new AI frameworks and models for improving system performance.

- Build monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for model outputs.

- Contribute to infrastructure for LLM hosting and inference.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, NLP, or Generative AI.

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.

- Experience with GPT models, LLaMA, or Claude.

- Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines and AI agents.

- Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers, spaCy, and NLTK.

- API development experience using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

- Familiarity with vLLM, LoRA, QLoRA, ONNX Runtime, and PEFT.

- Experience with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis.

- DevOps exposure including GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and Azure.

- Familiarity with AI development tools like Cursor.

- Exposure to multi-agent AI architectures.

- Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation techniques.
