Role Overview :

As a React Native Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance, user-centric mobile applications that serve our diverse client base. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive and robust mobile experiences. Your contributions will directly shape the functionality and responsiveness of our flagship products, significantly impacting user engagement and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality React Native applications for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness for end-users.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineering teams to translate complex business requirements and design mockups into functional, engaging mobile features.

- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code using TypeScript and JavaScript, adhering to established coding standards and best practices.

- Implement pixel-perfect user interfaces and smooth animations, ensuring an exceptional user experience across various devices and screen sizes.

- Integrate seamlessly with backend APIs and third-party services to deliver comprehensive application functionalities.

- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery consumption to enhance the overall user experience.

- Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring the highest standards of code quality and architectural integrity.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues and bugs, identifying root causes and implementing effective, long-term solutions.

Required Skillset :

- 5- 7 years of demonstrated experience in building, launching, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using React Native.

- Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, including a deep understanding of modern ES6+ features and asynchronous programming patterns.

- Comprehensive knowledge of the React Native ecosystem, component lifecycle, state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API), and performance optimization techniques.

- Proven ability to integrate with native modules, third-party libraries, and RESTful APIs effectively to deliver rich application features.

- Strong grasp of mobile application architecture patterns, offline storage solutions, and security best practices.

- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile application deployments.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and a meticulous attention to detail in delivering robust and scalable solutions.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputable institution.
