Job Description :

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Product Owner with proven experience in building and implementing SaaS-based enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric products. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that product development aligns with business goals and client needs, particularly in large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and manage the product backlog for one or more enterprise SaaS modules.

- Translate high-level product strategy into detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

- Lead the agile development process by participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Act as the voice of the customer and stakeholders in all product development discussions.

- Collaborate with design, engineering, QA, sales, and support teams to ensure product quality and alignment.

- Engage with enterprise customers to gather requirements, understand pain points, and translate feedback into product improvements.

- Ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure SaaS solutions that integrate with enterprise ecosystems (e.g., ERP, CRM, Identity Management).

- Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and usage metrics to drive iterative improvements.

- Support pre-sales and implementation teams with product knowledge and roadmap insights.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Masters is a plus).

- 1- 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent in a SaaS environment.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering SaaS-based enterprise solutions.

- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban.

- Experience in enterprise software implementation, including customer onboarding, configuration, and rollout.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

- Proficient in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard).

- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent.

- Experience in industries such as finance, or airline cost management is a plus.

- Understanding of multi-tenant architecture, data privacy, and compliance in SaaS products.

- Familiarity with REST APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
