Title : Salesforce Technical Architect

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect with strong experience in designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects

- Translate business requirements into scalable and well-architected Salesforce solutions

- Design and develop custom applications using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce platform capabilities

- Architect integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware

- Provide technical leadership, manage delivery, and ensure system integrity

- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and design standards

- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Salesforce functionalities and business processes

- Prepare technical documentation including design specs, deployment, and support guides

- Mentor and guide development teams

- Ensure quality through unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support

- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of Salesforce implementation experience

- Strong exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)

- Hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations

- Experience with declarative tools : Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules

- Strong integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware)

- Field Service Lightning (FSL) experience is mandatory

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum)

- Familiarity with Jira, Git, and Agile tools

Certifications preferred :

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

- Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application/System/Technical Architect)

- Sales/Service Cloud Consultant

- Identity & Access Management Architect

- Sharing & Visibility Architect
