Job Description :

Sterling Developer will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using IBM Sterling OMS to support complex order fulfillment processes. Work closely with business analysts, architects, and other developers to deliver scalable and efficient OMS solutions

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop customizations and extensions in IBM Sterling OMS.

- Configure Sterling OMS components including order pipelines, services, and user exits.

- Integrate Sterling OMS with external systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, eCommerce platforms).

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to OMS.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Maintain technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS

- Experience with Sterling OMS configurations, pipeline design, and order orchestration.

- Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, XML, XSLT, and REST/SOAP Web Services.

- Familiarity with integration tools and middleware (e.g., MQ, Kafka).

- Understanding of retail/e-commerce order lifecycle and fulfillment processes.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
