Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop customizations and extensions in IBM Sterling OMS.

- Have L2/L3 support experience.

- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on best practices.

- Integrate Sterling OMS with external systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, eCommerce platforms).

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.

- Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of Sterling OMS.

- Ensure quality delivery through code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning

- Maintain technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Degree in Engineering

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS

- Experience with Sterling OMS configurations, pipeline design, and order orchestration.

- Experience with SBC and NextGen COM/SOM as well as OrderHub.

- Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, XML, XSLT, and REST/SOAP Web Services.

- Knowledge of cloud (preferably Azure).

- Familiarity with integration tools and middleware (e.g., MQ, Kafka).

- Understanding of retail/e-commerce order lifecycle and fulfillment processes.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
