Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced IBM Maximo Developer with strong techno-functional expertise. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end Maximo implementations, including design, development, integration, and support of enterprise asset management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- 3+ years of experience in IBM Maximo development and implementation

- Work on full-cycle IBM Maximo implementations as a techno-functional consultant

- Design and develop integrations, workflows, and automation scripts using BIRT and Java scripting

- Configure security groups, applications, and database setups within Maximo

- Work on the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) to ensure seamless system connectivity

Manage and optimize core Maximo modules such as :

1. Assets

2. Inventory

3. Planning

4. Resources

5. Preventive Maintenance

6. Work Orders

7. Contract Management

- Gather Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and design scalable solutions

- Ensure high-quality technical documentation is maintained

- Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team and provide guidance and support to peers

- Develop expertise in relevant technical and functional areas

Required Skills :

- IBM Maximo (core development & configuration)

- Java / Java Scripting

- BIRT Reports

- Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)

- Workflow design and automation scripting

- Strong understanding of EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) processes
