Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced IBM Maximo Consultant with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Maximo 7.x technical development and implementation. The candidate should have strong expertise in Maximo configuration, customization, integration, data migration, reporting, and technical design, with experience across Asset Management, Work Management, Purchasing, Spatial, and Inventory modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop precise functional and technical designs for IBM Maximo solutions.

- Define application configuration designs, integration designs, data migration strategies, and supporting technical documentation.

- Work on Maximo Asset Management, Work Management, Purchasing, Spatial, and Inventory modules.

- Perform Maximo data conversion and migration using MX Data Loader, Talend, and custom scripts.

- Design and implement integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), MEA, Object Structures, Services, Channels, and User Exit Classes.

- Develop and support integrations using XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST APIs.

- Perform Maximo customizations using JavaScript, Python/Jython, Java/J2EE, and SQL.

- Configure and administer WebSphere 8.5/9.0 application servers in a Linux environment.

- Develop and maintain BIRT reports for Maximo applications.

- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver Maximo solutions.

- Prepare technical specifications, migration documents, integration designs, and other project documentation.

- Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Maximo technical development.

- Strong experience with Maximo 7.x.

- Experience in Maximo configuration, customization, integration, and data migration.

- Strong knowledge of Maximo Asset Management, Work Management, Purchasing, Spatial, and Inventory modules.

- Hands-on experience with MX Data Loader, Talend, and migration scripts.

- Strong experience with MIF, MEA, Object Structures, Services, Channels, and User Exit Classes.

- Experience with XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST APIs.

- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python/Jython, Java/J2EE, and SQL.

- Experience with WebSphere 8.5/9.0 application servers.

- Linux administration experience is preferred.

- Hands-on experience with BIRT Reports.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS).

- MAS Functional or Technical Certification.

- Experience in end-to-end Maximo implementation and production support.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
