Role Overview :

As a Data Scientist at iauro Systems, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing Generative AI solutions using LLMs and LangChain. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other data scientists to build and deploy models that address real-world business challenges. Your work will directly impact the development of innovative AI products, improving user experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement Generative AI models using LLMs and LangChain to create innovative solutions for various business problems.

- Design and execute experiments to evaluate model performance and identify areas for improvement, ensuring optimal accuracy and efficiency.

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI models into existing products and workflows, enhancing functionality and user experience.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve model performance and inform business decisions, driving data-driven strategies.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI and LLMs, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team to foster continuous learning and innovation.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement machine learning models, particularly in the field of Generative AI and LLMs.

- Proven expertise in using LangChain for building and deploying LLM-powered applications.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
