Role Description :

This is a full-time remote role for an IAM Engineer at Cloudologic. The IAM Engineer will be responsible for managing Identity and Access Management systems, ensuring the security and access control of cloud services. Day-to-day tasks include implementing IAM solutions, monitoring access permissions, and managing user identities across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in IAM development or software engineering with IAM focus.

- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for system administration and automation.

- Strong programming experience in C# and VB.NET for backend services and UI tools.

- Experience with Python for automation and API integrations.

- Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational database management (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).

- Solid understanding of IAM concepts, such as identity lifecycle, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

- Experience with IAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, or similar is a strong plus.

- Experience with REST APIs and system integration.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).

What You'll Do :

- IAM System Management : Take ownership of the development, implementation, and maintenance of Identity and Access Management solutions across our cloud and on-premises environments.

- Security & Access Control : Ensure robust security and strict access control for all cloud services, applications, and data by implementing and enforcing IAM policies and best practices.

- Automation & Scripting : Develop and deploy automation scripts using PowerShell and Python for system administration tasks, user lifecycle management, and API integrations.

- Backend & UI Development : Utilize strong programming skills in C# and VB.NET to develop and maintain backend services and user interface tools related to IAM.

- Database Management : Work with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) for managing identity data and developing custom reports.

- Identity & Access Governance : Monitor access permissions, manage user identities, and ensure compliance with security policies across the organization.

- Integration : Implement and manage integrations with various systems using REST APIs to ensure seamless identity and access provisioning.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, operations, and development, to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective IAM solutions.

- CI/CD & Version Control : Leverage CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git) for efficient and reliable deployment of IAM solutions.
