- Develop APIs and utilize identity protocols such as SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design secure identity integration solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve identity connector-related issues in a timely manner.

- Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Document connector functionality, configurations, and integration processes.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate IAM solutions and connector technologies.

- Stay up to date with identity management trends, tools, and technologies.

- Implement identity governance policies and role-based access controls (RBAC) within IAM systems.

- Develop and integrate connectors with third-party applications to enable automated access management.

- Ensure scalability and performance optimization of identity connectors in enterprise environments.

- Support audits and compliance reporting by implementing logging and monitoring for identity connectors.

Required Qualifications :

- Successfully led and implemented at least 3-5 IDAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions in enterprise environments.

- Experience with cloud identity platforms such as AWS IAM, Azure AD, and Google Cloud Identity.

- Hands-on experience with cloud security models and architectures, including Zero Trust and identity federation.

- Strong knowledge of databases, including SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Oracle.

- Experience with database query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning for identity-related data storage.

- Proficiency in working with database APIs and building complex queries for identity management and access control systems.

- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, identity synchronization, and access management.

- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Java, Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.

- Familiarity with REST, SOAP APIs, and Node.js.

- Familiarity with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD Hybrid)) and cloud identity platforms.

- Experience implementing IAM solutions, including identity provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management (PAM).

- Hands-on experience with integrating identity connectors into enterprise IAM platforms.

- Experience with designing and optimizing identity workflows for automated user lifecycle management.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to conduct thorough product research and provide recommendations for IAM and connector technologies.

- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, IAM Certified Professional, or relevant vendor-specific certifications (e.g , SailPoint)
