Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Developer with hands-on experience in Ping Identity, ForgeRock, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in IAM development, security implementation, and Java-based application development. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade IAM solutions to enhance security, authentication, and access management across organizational systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock platforms.

- Develop and customize IAM workflows, authentication mechanisms, and authorization processes based on business requirements.

- Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, APIs, and third-party systems.

- Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), LDAP, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML protocols.

- Develop and maintain Java-based applications, APIs, and IAM-related custom modules.

- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure access management practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, including authentication, provisioning, and

access control problems.

- Support identity lifecycle management processes such as user provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, and access governance.

- Participate in security assessments, audits, and compliance activities related to IAM systems.

- Maintain technical documentation for IAM configurations, integrations, and development activities.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance optimization of IAM platforms.

- Stay updated with emerging IAM technologies, cybersecurity trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) development and implementation.

- Hands-on experience with Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock platforms.

- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, authentication, authorization, and access control

mechanisms.

- Proficiency in Java development and related frameworks.

- Experience with security protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), LDAP,

and JWT.

- Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementations.

- Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications and cloud environments.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and IAM security best practices.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in enterprise-scale IAM implementations.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Exposure to DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and API security.

- Relevant certifications in Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or cybersecurity will be an added

advantage.
