The purpose of this role is to lead the end-to-end implementation of Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls within the SailPoint Identity Governance platform.

The resource will be responsible for gathering business and compliance requirements, designing the SoD framework, developing, and configuring SoD policies and rules in SailPoint, integrating relevant systems, and executing a controlled deployment.

The role ensures that access risks are effectively identified, monitored, and remediated to support audit, security, and compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Candidate should be responsible for engaging with business, compliance, and IT stakeholders to gather and document SoD and access control requirements.

- Candidate will be Designing the SoD Mayrix, defining toxic combinations, risk matrices, and mitigating controls.

- Candidate must be configuring and implementing SoD policies, rules within SailPoint IdentityIQ.

- Candidate should Integrating target systems and ensure accurate role-to-entitlement mapping for SoD analysis.

- Candidate will be Developing role mining processes aligned with SoD principles.

- Candidate should be doing Testing, validating, and optimizing SoD rule performance and reporting capabilities.

- Delivering comprehensive documentation covering design, implementation, and governance processes.

- Candidate will be Providing training and knowledge transfer to internal teams for ongoing SoD management.

- Candidate should be supporting audits by ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.
