Description :

Working Shift : 6 Days working (General Shift )

- Must have strong understanding on SailPoint, SNOW, ARS, BB UEM, Putty tools.

- Can manage user accounts and access permissions.

- Collaborate for precise access control.

- Facilitate user training sessions and develop documentation for IAM processes.

- Provide support and troubleshooting for IAM tools and applications, specifically SailPoint.

- Work closely with IT security teams to address IAM-related incidents and vulnerabilities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM technical issues. Able to troubleshoot access related queries.

- Must have strong grip on day-to-day IAM functions across the organization, administer the IAM system.

- Should have experience of review access control reports for security, timely reporting of BAU & Project (Weekly/Monthly). Access Request Report, user provisioning report, Authentication report

- Self-management of assigned projects and daily tasks in an environment with shifting priorities

- Must have good level of experience working with technical and non-technical staff to develop and implement IAM best practices. Working with multiple teams / departments to gain information and advice to grant application access.

- Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written, including the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.

- Familiarity with information security compliance and best practices. Supporting IT & Security operations for provisioning and de-provisioning user accounts

- Effectively manages, administer, and maintained SOP related to IAM processes and solutions, minimizing disruption to business operations.

- Demonstrates a clear vision for IAM execution, aligning it with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

- Manages user accesses, lifecycle management, access review, service requests and user account.

- Providing newly onboarded application training to team members and encourage them to work on requests to build their confidence.

Skills and Experience :

Skills :

- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, AD (ARS), SNOW, SQL, CyberArk, Jira.

- SOP Management

Experience : 3 - 4 Years in IAM having hands-on experience on SailPoint

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Incident & Access Management (IAM).

- Strong knowledge of SailPoint & Access Management.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
