About the Role

This is not a spec-writing role. You will own the full solution lifecycle - from client workshops and problem definition through architecture, delivery, and go-live. If you thrive at the intersection of business, technology, and execution, this is built for you.

What You'll Own :

- Lead client requirement workshops and act as the primary solution partner

- Design multi-tenant, high-scale B2B SaaS systems across Supply Chain and ERP workflows

- Convert client needs into clear technical direction for the engineering team

- Own the full arc: Workshop - Design - Delivery - identify risks early and resolve them

Must Have :

- 6-10 years in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Senior Pre-Sales/Delivery

- Proven experience in a B2B SaaS product environment (not just services)

- Deep domain knowledge in SCM / ERP / Manufacturing workflows

- Track record of owning outcomes - not just contributing

- Led solution design workshops solo with C-level / VP-level stakeholders

- Cloud architecture, Microservices, REST APIs - design-level understanding

- Can whiteboard a system in real time, not just describe it

- Strong grasp of NFRs: latency, uptime, fault tolerance

- End-to-end flow knowledge: Order - Inventory - Warehouse - Fulfillment

Good to Have :

- Oracle or SAP full lifecycle implementation experience

- Pre-sales experience: RFP, scoping, commercial discussions

- Startup or early-stage product company background

- Experience working with US enterprise clients

- AI integration in SaaS - predictive insights, automation, intelligent workflows within ERP/SCM
