Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity), enterprise architecture, integration design, and cloud-based CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions while providing technical leadership across the complete project lifecycle.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, solution teams, and clients to architect enterprise-grade Salesforce applications, define best practices, and ensure successful implementation of complex digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture & Design :

- Design end-to-end enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform using OmniStudio (Vlocity).

- Architect scalable and reusable solutions using OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Calculation Procedures.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture.

- Define application architecture, security, governance, data models, and deployment strategies.

- Prepare Solution Design Documents (SDDs), architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and integration documentation.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and enterprise architecture standards.

Integration & Data Architecture :

- Design integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using : 1. REST APIs 2. SOAP APIs 3. Platform Events 4. Change Data Capture (CDC).

- Define synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns.

- Design data migration, synchronization, transformation, and validation strategies.

- Implement robust logging, monitoring, exception handling, and retry mechanisms.

- Optimize data architecture for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Technical Leadership :

- Lead architecture discussions throughout the SDLC, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

- Provide technical estimations, architecture recommendations, and risk assessments.

- Mentor development teams and conduct architecture and code reviews.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, DevOps engineers, Project Managers, and client stakeholders.

- Support release planning, environment management, and deployment strategies.

Required Skills :

- 10-12 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity).

- Hands-on experience with :

1. OmniScripts

2. Integration Procedures

3. DataRaptors

4. FlexCards

5. Calculation Procedures.

- Strong development experience in :

1. Apex

2. Lightning Web Components (LWC)

3. SOQL/SOSL

4. Salesforce Lightning Platform.

- Expertise in Salesforce Architecture, Security, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Governance.

- Strong experience designing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.

- Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model and Data Migration strategies.

- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and deployment tools.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity) implementation experience.

- Experience working on large-scale enterprise Salesforce transformation programs.

- Knowledge of Salesforce Industries Cloud.

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with performance optimization and application scalability.

- Salesforce certifications such as : 1. Salesforce Certified Application Architect 2. Salesforce Certified System Architect 3. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred) 4. OmniStudio Consultant/Developer Certification (preferred).

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
