Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Planning Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Planning along with expertise in one or more SCM modules such as Manufacturing, Cost Management, Inventory Management, Pricing, Product Data Hub (PDH), or Contract & Human Resource Management (CHRM).

The candidate will be responsible for leading Oracle Fusion Planning implementations, gathering business requirements, configuring applications, conducting testing, and providing functional consulting to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Planning implementation projects.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.

- Configure Oracle Fusion Planning and related SCM Cloud modules based on business requirements.

- Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, and solution documentation.

- Conduct Conference Room Pilot (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training sessions.

- Manage the Oracle SCM functional track independently and coordinate with business stakeholders and project teams.

- Configure and support Oracle Fusion workflows, business processes, and system customizations.

- Perform data migration activities using FBDI and ADFDi templates.

- Work closely with Oracle Support to resolve product issues and manage service requests.

- Support defect resolution, production support, and post-go-live stabilization.

- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and custom developments.

- Ensure successful project delivery while adhering to Oracle implementation best practices.

Required Skills:

- 612 years of experience in Oracle SCM consulting.

- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Planning Cloud (Primary Module).

- Experience in at least one or more of the following Oracle Fusion SCM modules:

1. Manufacturing (MFG)

2. Cost Management

3. Inventory Management (INV)

4. Pricing

5. Product Data Hub (PDH)

6. CHRM

- Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Planning implementation projects.

- Hands-on experience with:

1. Demand Planning

2. Supply Planning

3. Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

- Experience conducting:

1. Fit-Gap Analysis

2. Business Requirement Gathering

3. Configuration

4. Testing

5. User Training

- Experience managing client interactions and functional workshops.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM Cloud implementation lifecycle.

- Experience with:

1. FBDI

2. ADFDi

3. Data Migration

4. Data Upload

- Experience working with Oracle Support for issue resolution.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Oracle Fusion CPQ and Planning integration.

- Knowledge of Oracle Order Management (OM).

- Experience with SCM Cloud integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Understanding of reporting tools such as BI Publisher and OTBI.

- Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.

- Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud certifications are an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
