Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and customize HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.

- Design & optimize workflows, automation, lead scoring, and nurturing campaigns.

- Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools and ensure smooth data flow across systems.

- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and ROI.

- Build dashboards, reports, and analytics to track performance metrics.

- Conduct training sessions and support internal teams on HubSpot usage and best practices.

- Stay updated with HubSpot product updates and industry trends.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience working with HubSpot as consultant/admin/implementation specialist.

- Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM setup, workflows, automation, and integrations.

- Knowledge of inbound marketing, lead generation, & sales enablement strategies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- HubSpot Certifications (Inbound, Marketing Software, Sales Software, HubSpot CMS, etc.).

- Experience in API integrations and advanced reporting.

- Prior experience with SaaS or digital marketing agencies.
