Role Overview :

As a HubSpot Developer at Dotsquares, you will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining HubSpot solutions for our clients.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and development teams to translate business requirements into functional and scalable HubSpot implementations.

Your work will directly impact our clients' ability to effectively manage their customer relationships, automate marketing processes, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop custom modules, templates, and workflows within HubSpot CMS to meet specific client requirements.

- Integrate HubSpot with other CRM, marketing automation, and business systems to ensure seamless data flow.

- Optimize HubSpot configurations for performance, scalability, and user experience to maximize platform effectiveness.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot implementations to ensure smooth operation.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions within HubSpot.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to develop custom solutions within the HubSpot CMS, including modules, templates, and workflows.

- Proven experience in integrating HubSpot with other CRM and marketing automation platforms.

- Strong understanding of CRM principles and marketing automation best practices.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and clients.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Jaipur.
