Location could be Bengaluru/ Noida.

Position Description :

- Own end-to-end solution design, including standard/custom objects, associations, property strategy, and data modeling.

- Designing CRM architecture, custom objects, and complex data flows to support intricate business processes.

- Map business requirements to HubSpot functionality, leading complex implementations.

- Manage HubSpot data architecture aligned with MDM strategy.

- Define object models, custom properties, and relationships.

- Design HubSpotMDM integration patterns.

- Ensure CRM data governance and consistency.

Hiring Profile :

- Post graduate in business ( systems/marketing/operations) and bachelors degree in IT or related field.

- Must have 8-12 years of CRM architecture experience.

- Deep HubSpot CRM architecture expertise.

- Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable CRM configurations.

- Experience integrating CRM with MDM or master systems.

- Preferably have SaaS subscription business exposure and billing system integration experience.

- Excellent client management skills, leadership capabilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
