We are looking for HRMS Implementation Specialist for our client based out of Gurgaon.

Position 1 : HRMS Implementation Specialist - Darwinbox

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in implementing HRMS solutions and driving HR digital transformation initiatives. Experience in the BFSI domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Darwinbox HRMS modules.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment.

- Configure and optimize HRMS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Performance, and Employee Lifecycle.

- Ensure successful system integration, testing, and deployment.

- Provide post-implementation support and process improvements.

- Manage vendor coordination and ensure project delivery within timelines.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 15+ years of overall experience in HR systems / HR technology.

- Hands-on experience with Darwinbox HRMS implementation.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and HRMS configuration.

- Experience working with HR digital transformation projects.

- BFSI industry experience preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
