A leading manufacturing organization is looking for a Manager HR Technology to drive its HR digital transformation journey through SAP SuccessFactors.

Candidate Profile:

- Full time MBA/PGDM or Master's in HR from premiere institute.

- 810 years of experience in HR Technology/HRIS.

- Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support experience is essential.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and HR digital transformation.

- SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.

- Preferred Industry - Manufacturing, Automotive, Auto Components, Engineering, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Building Materials, Electrical & Electronics, or other process manufacturing industries.

- Ideal Candidate - We're looking for someone who has successfully delivered SAP SuccessFactors projects, can work closely with HR and IT teams, and enjoys improving HR processes through technology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and continuous enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, etc.).

- Manage system configuration, testing (UAT), data migration, integrations, and post-go-live support.

- Partner with HR, IT, and implementation partners to deliver HR technology projects on time and within scope.

- Drive automation and standardization of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

- Ensure data accuracy, governance, security, and compliance across HR systems.

- Develop HR dashboards, analytics, and MIS reports to support workforce planning and business decisions.

- Manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll, ERP, and other enterprise applications.

- Coordinate user training, change management, and drive adoption of HR technology solutions.

- Maintain system documentation, workflows, configurations, and process manuals.

- Manage vendor relationships, project governance, issue resolution, and continuous system improvements.
