Job Description :

We are looking for a Full-Stack Data Science professional to join our growing Personal Systems Statistical Forecasting & Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you will collaborate with senior data scientists and domain SMEs to design, build, and maintain scalable machine learningbased web applications focused on demand planning and supply chain analytics. The ideal candidate will combine data science fundamentals with full-stack development skills to deliver production-ready analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in building statistical forecasting models for demand planning and supply chain use cases

- Develop simulation models and analytical solutions to solve business problems

- Work with structured datasets to perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering

- Support development of machine learning models under guidance of senior data scientists

- Translate business requirements into data-driven analytical solutions

- Validate model performance and improve forecasting accuracy

- Design and develop scalable ML-powered web applications

- Build front-end dashboards using React or Angular

- Develop backend APIs using Python / Node.js / Java

- Integrate machine learning models into web-based applications

- Ensure performance optimization and scalability of applications

- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to improve user experience

- Work with SQL databases such as MS SQL or Oracle SQL

- Build data pipelines for analytics applications

- Create interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau

- Design visualization solutions for demand forecasting insights

- Handle large datasets and optimize data retrieval

- Deploy applications on AWS or Microsoft Azure (preferred)

- Support model deployment and monitoring

- Work with version control and CI/CD pipelines

- Maintain application performance and reliability

- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with data scientists, business SMEs, and product teams

- Participate in solution design discussions

- Document models, workflows, and application architecture

- Communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Skills Required :

- Basic understanding of Machine Learning, AI Agents, and Statistics :

a. React or Angular

b. HTML, CSS, JavaScript

c. Python / Node.js / Java

d. MS SQL / Oracle SQL

e. Power BI or Tableau

- Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture

- Understanding of data structures and algorithms

Data Science Skills :

- Statistical modeling basics

- Forecasting concepts (preferred)

- Data preprocessing and feature engineering

- Model evaluation techniques

- Analytical problem-solving skills
