About the Role :

Were looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead product design across our enterprise fintech platforms.

This role is ideal for a seasoned designer who thrives in complex, data-heavy environments and can craft intuitive, scalable user experiences for web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead UX design across lending, collections, and GL platforms both web and mobile.

- Develop and manage a scalable design system using Figma.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver effective design solutions.

- Conduct research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

- Translate complex business requirements into clean, usable, and scalable designs.

- Champion user centric thinking across the organization.

- Mentor and guide junior designers as the team grows.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in fintech, banking, or enterprise SaaS.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating deep experience with enterprise product design.

- Mastery of Figma, including advanced component creation and design system management.

- Strong understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and accessibility.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Comfortable working full-time from the Chennai office, 5 days a week.
