Role Brief :

This role is part of the PMO team with a strong focus on managing SDLC processes and project delivery. The role will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, from initiation through successful delivery and closure. The role requires proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies, with a strong focus on delivery excellence, change request management, and effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end project tracking across SDLC phases, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.

- Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Monitor Project Phases, Milestones, backlog, open tickets, and timelines using Jira Dashboard.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage scope, dependencies, risks, and progress.

- Coordinate with clients for regular status updates, deliverables tracking, and expectation alignment.

- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, presentations and status reports.

- Facilitate internal and client meetings with clear agendas and actionable outcomes.

- Monitor Agile metrics to improve delivery efficiency.

- Support leadership with project status reporting, risks, and KPIs.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery effectiveness.

- Mentor junior team members as needed.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

- 3 to 6 years of experience in project/PMO roles within SDLC environments.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and lifecycle stages.

- Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and reporting, MS Office (Excel & PPTs).

- Solid understanding of SDLC.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or Agile certifications preferred.

- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
