Job Description :

Solution Architects with design experience of Enterprise Applications preferably with any Enterprise Content Management platforms with Integration to other third party applications, more specifically any LOB applications like SAP SuccessFactors, ERPs, Salesforce etc.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Designing on SaaS ECM platforms, Integration platforms like MuleSoft, SAP-BTP, CPI etc.. This role demands hands-on experience with endpoint URL configurations and the ability to extract and manage documents and metadata across third party application platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design Solutions and update Solution Documents as per business requirements and integrate with enterprise services like Messaging, DocuSign, SSO, Directory Services etc.

- Align with Architecture and Enterprise design principles when designing the solution.

- Design integrations using MuleSoft, Integration Center, OData API, and SF API for seamless data exchange across systems.

- Extract and manage documents (e.g., employee files, attachments, pay slips) using API-based queries and SuccessFactors document services.

Skills & Experience :

- Proven expertise in designing Solutions using ECM, DMS, platforms and integrating with rest of the Enterprise.

- Hands-on experience with document extraction and management from SuccessFactors modules.

- Familiarity with middleware platforms MuleSoft, SAP CPI is a plus
