Role Overview :

As an SAP PS Functional Consultant, you will serve as the bridge between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions within the SAP Project System landscape. You will engage directly with cross-functional stakeholders and global clients to design, configure, and optimize project management processes, ensuring seamless integration with modules like FICO, MM, and SD. By leveraging your deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, you will drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance project lifecycle visibility, cost control, and resource utilization, ultimately delivering measurable operational efficiency for our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and configure end-to-end SAP PS solutions to align with client-specific project structures, including WBS, networks, and milestones, ensuring accurate project tracking and reporting.

- Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business pain points into scalable functional specifications to improve overall project governance.

- Manage complex integration scenarios between SAP PS and other core modules to ensure data integrity and streamlined financial accounting across the project lifecycle.

- Provide expert-level support during the full implementation lifecycle, from blueprinting and realization to hyper-care, to ensure high-quality delivery and user adoption.

- Conduct comprehensive system testing and user training sessions to empower business teams and maximize the ROI of the SAP S/4HANA environment.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in configuring SAP Project System structures, including budgeting, cost planning, and settlement processes, with a strong focus on S/4HANA best practices.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations in high-stakes consulting environments.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to troubleshoot critical system issues and provide sustainable, long-term resolutions.

- A collaborative mindset that thrives in distributed, multi-cultural teams, coupled with the self-discipline required to excel in a remote or hybrid work environment.

- A degree in Engineering, Finance, or an MBA from a reputed institution, complemented by a track record of delivering high-impact SAP projects for diverse industry verticals.

- Minimum 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP PS functional consulting, with a clear history of leading successful implementation or migration projects.
