Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Native HANA Consultant to join our high-performing digital transformation team. In this role, you will serve as a technical architect and lead developer, designing and implementing complex data solutions that drive real-time business insights.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, business stakeholders, and global clients to translate intricate business requirements into scalable HANA-based architectures. By leveraging your deep technical expertise, you will ensure that our data platforms are optimized for performance, enabling our clients to make data-driven decisions that significantly enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-performance data models within SAP HANA to support complex analytical reporting and business processes for global clients.

- Design and implement advanced CDS views and SQL scripts to streamline data extraction and transformation, ensuring seamless integration across the S/4 HANA landscape.

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud projects, ensuring that data architecture aligns with long-term organizational goals.

- Optimize existing HANA database performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing best-practice tuning techniques to improve system responsiveness for end-users.

- Partner with functional consultants and business analysts to translate high-level requirements into robust technical specifications that drive project success.

- Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of technical excellence and architectural integrity across all deliverables.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in SAP HANA development, including complex data modeling, SQL scripting, and performance optimization techniques.

- Proven ability to design and deploy sophisticated CDS views and integrate them effectively within SAP S/4 HANA environments.

- Strong hands-on experience in building end-to-end analytical solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere to provide actionable business intelligence.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- Strong analytical mindset with 8 - 12 years of experience in solving complex data challenges within large-scale SAP ecosystems.

- Proven track record of working effectively in a distributed or remote environment, demonstrating self-discipline and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with global teams.

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a proactive approach to learning emerging SAP technologies.
